Keep in mind that many puzzles have more than one correct solution.

Spells can ultimately be used in a different order and get the same result.

As long as your solution follows the spell rules, uses all of the given spells, and creates the correct ending word, your solution is correct even if it doesn’t match the printed solution exactly.

End word: The answer is hidden in the words tWIN TERriers - WINTER

Looking at the letter spells, we only have one Banish spell, so we will need to use four of the five letters from FROST to create the end word. Let’s compare the words to see what letters we have in common.

FROST - WINTER

We can keep the R and T, and use the Possess spells to change the F to E and the O to N. This means we will Banish the S. After using the Possess spells, we are left with ERNT.

We can now use our Summon spells to summon the W and the I. Looking at our available movement spells, we only have two Swap spells. Since the W and I will summon at the end of the word, we will have to use the Swap spells to get them in the right positions. Right now the E is in the first position where the W goes, and the R is in the second position where the I goes, so we can summon the W first, then I second. This way we can swap the E and W, then swap the R and I to get the answer.
